Grenada packing list for families

Grenada pairs a classic Caribbean beach with rainforest, waterfalls, and spice farms, so you pack for more than the pool. Here is what our family brings for beach days and island adventures.

Kristina's notes on Grenada

  1. Grenada is a beach trip with a rainforest attached. Plan at least one morning for the waterfalls or Grand Etang, and pack water shoes and a quick-dry outfit for each child.
  2. The underwater sculpture park in Moliniere Bay is a great first snorkel for kids, and glass-bottom boats work well for little ones who are not swimming yet.
  3. Spice tours and chocolate factory visits are a hit with kids who like to taste things. I leave room in the suitcase for nutmeg, cocoa, and local chocolate to bring home.
